Systems include:
– Energy efficient fluorescent lighting.
– A state-of-the-art addressable lighting control system that includes occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting capabilities.
– Addressable fire alarm system, CCTV and Card access and a standby generator. The two base tenants for the building are Labourers’ International Union of North America and Hatch Consulting Engineers, based on the available services.
