The New Grandview Kids, formally known as the “Grandview Children’s Treatment Centre (GCTC) Redevelopment Project,” is an exciting project for many. At total value of approximately $85M, this facility will provide 100,000+ square foot located on 5.06 acres of land donated by the Town of Ajax, a donation of $5M from an individual, and $5M from the Regional Municipality of Durham, the community is pulling together for this project. Birnie Electric is very excited to be part of and look forward to the completion of this project as it is of great asset to the community in helping children and youth with physical, communication and developmental needs.
