Bruce Power is on the Shores of Lake Huron and is the home of generating stations A and B. The MCR U6 building is a storage facility for steam generators that is used in the Candu reactor. These steam generators are 60 ft in length and each weigh 150,000 kg. The building has an inside and outside electrical service which required a weatherproof design for the outside service. All other elements of this building were installed as per strict Bruce Power requirements. Successfully complete in 2019. We were glad to be the electrical contractor of choice on this project.
