Project Summary

Birnie Electric is excited to have been awarded the electrical contract for the Schroeder Ambulatory Surgery and Medical Centre project. Working with our great partners at EllisDon, we are revamping the existing 6 story medical center to include 8 new operating rooms, over 25 Post Anesthesia Care Units (PACU), CT and MRI spaces, meeting rooms and office spaces for numerous doctors and health care providers. Unity Health Toronto is the major tenant for this project and extends Birnie Electric relationship with St Micheal Hospital. This project is forecasted to employ up to 65 electricians at its peak and is set to finish end of 2025.
